Great news about today's nap Michelle - 

You know, I TOTALLY understand your fear/paranoia about T's sleep, I promise you that I was exactly the same way with DD for ages.  If she woke up early, I'd be so stressed thinking of the crying that awaited me at bedtime etc.  For ages I wouldn't let her out of my sight as I felt I had to be there to put her to sleep and know EXACTLY when she woke up so that I could try and work out when was best to put her down for next nap/bedtime.  DD was the 'classic' 45 min napper and was a MAJOR crier at any sleeptime and a source of MAJOR stress for me in the first year of her life.

As she got older though, her naps naturally lengthened and her sleep improved - phew!!!

thank you all of you I totally agree with everything that's been said...I try to do my best, that's all I acn in this state LOL
Yep today's nap went very well...here's to hoping we get some consistency..he's now coming down with a cold, wish us LUCK!
