Here is an update...

I started putting Liam down at 7 pm he usually sleeps until 6ish. We do activity time for at least 3 to 31/2 hours, read a story then off for his nap. His naps took a little bit to get past the 30 minute cycle that woke him up but he is now staying for at least an hour for both morning and afternoon naps. Putting him to bed an hour later and extending his activity time really helped. There are days he will still do the 30 minute nap but it is usually only the am or pm and not both.

Thanks everyone for your help. I hope everyone else gets past the 30/45 minute hurdle. It is very frustrating but it is nice when you finally get through it.
hugs
Kimber
