how come profile picture I had set up on debate forum is set on main boards now too? I thought those two were not related?

When the debate forum was first set up Andy copied the membership database over.  Is your current picture one you have had for some time?  The database was copied back in January/February I believe so have you changed your picture since then?

yes I have. actually, I changed the pic yesterday and again today and both times it got changed on BW and debate boards...

Having a quick look between the sites then I would suggest that the Debate forum software is still pulling some of it's info from the main sites databases, they must share some of the server paths between them.  If it's a concern for you then let me know and I'll ask Andy if he can make some changes :)
