Dream feeds if my 4 & 1/2 month old wakes beforehand?

I have just started (two nights) to try the dream feed. I read it should be at least two hours after bedtime, I guess so they can be sound asleep. Bedtime (when he actually goes to sleep) has been 8pm for the last two nights so according to waiting two hours, the dream feed should be no earlier than 10. My question is if my lo woke after he initially went down and has to be resettled an hour after bedtime does that change the dream feed time? The last two nights I waited til 10:30 and 11:00 and I can hardly stay awake!

Hi,

The dream feed should be no later than 10:30 as it can interrupt their sleep cycles thru out the night.  My lo is an angel baby and I am actually trying to wen her off of the dream feed as she is now expecting it and is sleeping thru the night and is on cereal.  She should be fine.  Hope that helps.
