Welcome to the boards, I hope you meet some wonderful people and get some great advice! My first thought is - if it ain't broke don't fix it! If what you are doing is working well for you two, and there is nothing you want to change about your day, then don't! If he is eating well, sleeping well, falling asleep well, and sleeping well at night, then leave well enough alone. If there are things about your routine or his behavior that you don't like and want to change, then that is another matter entirely -post back and we can all have a go with ideas on how to help you adjust things.
I think the real crux of EASY is helping your lo have order to their day, and getting them to sleep well, and independently. And if he is doing both of those, then you have accomplished the goal of EASY. EASY is a guideline, and a routine, not a strict schedule, so there are many variations of EASY that people follow that work for them, and that is the key - whatever works for you and your ds!
