End of British Summer time
« on: October 27, 2007, 07:40:07 am »
Hi
Tonight the clocks go back an hour so tommorrow my ds with wake up at 5.00 am for breakfast rather than 6.00 am. Any suggestions of relatively painless ways to retrain his body clock. We are already on a pretty tight schedule as he has trouble staying awake for any length of time but his naps are restricted to 1.5 hrs. His room has black out curtains already, so it is just his natural body clock that wakes him.
                         Thanx deb
