« on: November 06, 2007, 08:11:39 am »
hi, my 2 year old drinks alot of water during the day - which is fantastic, but she also drinks alot at night (at least 2 bottles), which leads to waking up alot for more water and nappy changes. i would like to stop the night drinking, but i just don't know how. i tried explaining the matter, but, well...she's 2...
any suggestions??? thanks, carmel lerner

Alex drinks a lot during the night too.  I put a non spill sippy cup in her bed where she can reach it easily.  I also check her just before I go to bed and change her if necessary.  She doesn't often wake when I change her.
