For the past week and a half my 7 am like-an-alarm-clock 19 month old has been waking up between 545 and 620 every morning. It started after my husband put her to bed fairly early (asleep by 7), and we have been having this trouble ever since. Our EASY is below. Also, I have tried shortening naps to about 1.5 hours, and doing a later bed time 8 pm, and neither has worked.

Our Normal EASY

7 wake/eat
10 snack
1130 lunch
1200 nap
130-200 wake
300 snack
530 dinner
730 bed

The last week and a half
Wake between 530-620 (I leave her in her crib until 7)
7 eat
1130 or 12 nap (this one is rough because she is super tired)
130 or 2 wake
7 bed

It seems habitual to me rather than too much sleep. My reasons are that she is really tired and takes decent naps. The her naps are 2 hours tops, and usually about 1.5 hours. Also, she is cutting 2 bicuspids right now which has created some night wakings.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks for reading this novel.

could she be teething or not eating as much during the day so she is hungry?another thing could be the heating switching on if its cold there?
