Scared of sleeping/Napping?

My 13 week old DS seem to start crying as soon as we put him on the bed or start to swaddle him. He is happy and content right before that and as soon as he hits the bed, he starts to cry. Is he scared of going to bed? This doesn't happen all the time, but it is pretty often.

My DD2 was like that while i was swaddling her she hated it.
