sleeping a lot - growth spurt?

Bella is still wanting 2 naps & I've tried everything to wean her back to 1. Sometimes she'll do just one but then is so so tired by 5 p.m.  Even with 2 naps she is sleepy by 5. I don't want to make this her bedtime as she'll miss dinner and then is up a lot between 7 and midnite.  She has a cold but was at the Dr. yesterday and said everything was ok "just a cold". She got a flu shot too. She's eating better and drinking a lot. So could it possibly be just a growth spurt?

Aleesa, past 1 year they're not really at predictable times.  :-\   They just sort of happen here and there.

Leorah is on one nap but every now and then she will fall asleep on our walk and have two naps and everytime either a cold or a molar has followed.

She is cutting 2 molars at the time. She's sleeping about 1 1/2 hrs. during the day for nap(s) and then tired around 5ish. I've kept it to 1 nap today and kept her busy so she hasn't had time to get sleepy at 5 ish. Regardless, after she goes down, she doesn't sleep deeply. She is up like every hour. til 10:30 then sleeps til midnite then up. Then back to sleep til 3 a.m. ish.

I'm sure it's just teeth or circumstances. Thanks!!!
