« on: January 06, 2008, 15:04:46 pm »
hi all

I have posted on here a long time ago so first hi again.

My youngest girl is now 18 months and has never sleep while at night.

On a good day she will go to bed at 7pm sleep until 1-2, have water sleep until 4am bf up at 6am.

bad night up every 1-2 hours if we can get her to sleep at all.

still bf her a lot no real plan now with bf.

sleep in day about 12 o clock sometimes in cot or pushchair for 1-2 hours.

lots of ear infections sometimes for months at a time.

so tired now I feel at a loss what to do

Hi debs (again!!)

so everytime she wakes shes offered either a drink or a BF (if i'm wrong then please correct me).if shes offered things then she will never really learn to settle herself IMHO.

just need to as a few questions

If she has just an hours nap do you out her to bed earlier?
Can she go to sleep independently?
Other than offering water/BF do you do anything else when she wakes at night?
Does she have a lovey? (like a soft toy or blanket etc)
Has she ever been sleep trained?
Whats her windown routine for naps and bedtime?

Hope we can get a clearer picture and look forward to hearing from you soon.
