bottle drinking problems

My LO wants to hold own bottle but it is too heavy so he keeps knocking it out of his mouth and then gets windy. He twists his head round if I trap his arms.
Sometimes not drinking very much because of this.
He is 19 weeks and used to drinking from the bottle.
I have tried a faster flow teat which has helped him drink more but still knocking it out of mouth and twisting head in frustration.
Any advice?

What kind of bottle are you using? I would consider trying to get a bottle you can put handles on (like the Avent ones, you can use the handles from the sippy cups), then he can hold it and you can hold it together.
