Need help with Activity schedule
« on: January 25, 2008, 20:28:53 pm »
OK so if she is on a 3.5 hour routine....

say her first activity starts at 8:30 a.m.....

How long should she be doing actual activity?  and when should I start to calm her down before nap time?

any of your sample A time routines would help... I am going to check out the E.A.S.Y forum too when I have a chance lol

How old is your lo and what time is she waking (A time includes E).  I am popping this over to the EASY boards for you.

By the way, here's your picture and code

Copy and paste this code into your signature, but delete the red dashes

OH thank you for the code... and thanks for moving it to the correct forum for me... it's hard to know where I should post it sometimes hehe

Well she wakes at 8 am and goes down for her first nap at 9:30... we are on a 3.5 hr schedule... now we JUST started the schedule today and so far so good.  but that is why I need help with the activity part... i dont' want to overstimulate her and want to make sure that she is on the down slope when it gets close to nap time...but I'm not sure exactly how to do that.  or how long before nap time I should start that.
