What are your 16 week olds doing?

Hiya,

What are you all doing with your 16 week olds?

Callie is now awake for an hour and 3/4 and feeds for 10 mins max.  Can't remember what Ciara was doing at this age. Any input would be welcome  :)

Madison will be 16 weeks next wednesday. We are just transitioning to the 4 hour EASY she can tolerate 1:45 well, pushing for 2 hours. SHe too eats(BF) for about 10 minutes. Not rolling over yet. Still swaddled(yuck!!) Still waking in the middle of night(double Yuck!!) and is starting to fuss when I am not giving her attention. She is not as content in the bouncy, mat, swing anymore unless I am talking to her. So she kinda has me in a tissy right now.I have posts out everywhere right now as I feel like I have so many issues! LOL :-\ ???

My lo is 16 weeks tomorrow. He is also starting to go a 4hr EASY and an awake time of 1.30-2hrs. His eating is a little erratic right now, the squirmy monsters have taken over Im afraid ::). He is also still swaddled as he doesn't have full control over his hands, if his arms are free he keeps touching himself on the head until he wakes up. He wakes once during the night for a feed and fusses a couple of times too which gets me up, Im pretty desperate to improve that. He loves sitting talking with me and can gurgle and laugh for quite a while. Any other activity such as his bouncy chair or toys he can only handle for a short time before becoming cranky. He has rolled over once or twice but more by fluke than real skill I think ;)

Oh thank God, my little one is not the only one who wants my attention all the time.  Tyler is 5 1/2 months old, 4 1/2 corrected age though.  I have no idea sometimes what to do with him either while he is awake.  I have a 2 1/2 year old also.

If I am not right there with Tyler, he is so fussy.

Sorry not much help, still trying to figure it out.  This is new to me because my DS1 was in daycare until he was 9 months old (when I stopped working).  Not sure what the sitter did all day with him and on the weekends we were always on the go.

- My only suggestion would be to put her in a baby carrier and include her in whatever your do with your other dd or around the house.
Wendy -

Zach - 3 1/2 yrs old. My sweet, loving, gentle boy that loves playing in the dirt!

Tyler - 17 months.  My very very spirited little boy.  Can't turn your back for a minute.  He is doing the cutest things now!  Loves to eat and climb!
