Has she ever enjoyed solids? My 6.5 month old still does not eat well. She is so hit or miss...but mostly still spits out her food.
When did you start her on solids?

We had this for a while, it's probably to do with all the new textures and tastes - and it's good fun ;D. We didn't give any reaction to the spitting/blowing raspberries and lots of praise to any food eaten well - it does pass, then they move on to throwing food from their high chair ::)

Try having a look at the FAQ about Spoon Refusal & Finger Foods which should give you some ideas about how to move forward - and remember that until 12 months, milk is the primary source of nutrition, and until 9 or 10 months, solid foods are really only tasters that supplement milk.

Also babies do have food strikes every now and again, and that their appetites vary due to illness, teething, tiredness, distraction, changes in routine etc - so I would suggest that you trust your lo's instincts and follow her cues (as with all things BW) about whether she wants to eat or not, a few missed meals will do less harm than feeling under pressure to eat against her better judgement :)

Both of my kids did this.  A good trick is to hold the spoon in their mouth for a few seconds while they swallow.. That way they can't spit the food out.  My ds usually blows rasberries after I take the spoon out-it's totally fun for them , but by that time, he has already swallowed down what I gave him.  :)
