i was just gonna say ask to be referred they have loads of diet sheets etc.also cow and gate do a recipe booklet thats milk free,you can order it on line and its free!

ohone thing i did notice was that the couple of jars i once gave her of Cow and gate gave her a belly ache or something like that

It could be hidden dairy. They seem to get it into everything and it does not always go by an obvious name. The dietician should be able to give you lots of information. I hope you manage to get to the bottom of this soon.
