Awel told me about that yesterday, said you had mentioned it on your BC.  I think I will definitely give this a try. Going to have a proper read and stock up for next time!

I feel more together today.  Sometimes we need to go to that dark place to get to the lighter place. 

Thanks everyone.  I would definitely have gone cold turkey with bottles if it wasn't for this wonderful site/forum  :-* :-* :-*
