I just tried this new recipe today on my very picky eater...she loved it....Kid friendly tuna casserole...and she hates tuna...

You make pasta first...enough for a casserole. In a bowl add pasta, 1 large can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of tuna...mix it up and put in a casserole...layer it with chunks of velvetta cheese and put in over for 10 min mix it up and let cheese melt for another 10 min or so...et voila...edible kid friendly tuna casserole. My dh and I sat there and watched our child devour this for lunch this afternoon.

Good Luck
Dree  ;)

p.s I also down loading some jessica seinfelds new book called deceptively delicious...you can google it. I tried her grilled cheese sandwich with hidden veggies inside. my dd loved it.

And for those of you who know my story out there...you all know my Sofia is one very picky eater.... ::) ::)
