Enzymes?
« on: May 19, 2008, 19:24:18 pm »
Hi everyone,

Does anyone out there use enzymes or have used them in the past?  I'm looking for success and failure stories!

I just got a book about them and thought about trying them on myself and possibly ds.  I don't have food allergies, more like digestion issues, but they are said to be beneficial for both.

Thanks,
Cindy

Hi.  Are you talking about food enzymes?  I have not personally used them, but have also read really good things about them.

If it was me personally, I would consider probiotics.  They are very safe for babies also.  They actually restore and maintain the healthy bacteria in your gut.

Zach - 3 1/2 yrs old. My sweet, loving, gentle boy that loves playing in the dirt!

Tyler - 17 months.  My very very spirited little boy.  Can't turn your back for a minute.  He is doing the cutest things now!  Loves to eat and climb!
