Hi everyone! I'd really love some advice on how much my one year old should be eating/drinking.
Noah weaned himself cold turkey last week (two weeks after his first birthday, and one week after I dropped from four feeds to three). He's always had just the one bottle per week (on the one day that I'm at work) and has always been happy to feed from a bottle or the breast.
When I was breastfeeding, I never knew how much he was drinking and not knowing never bothered me, since he's a pretty happy baby and sleeps well.
BUT now that he's on a bottle and I know how much he's NOT drinking, I'm starting to worry!
He's always had solids for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and he's always eaten whatever I've offered him. And he's also had a breastfeed every four hours or so. But now he's started eating less and less at lunch and dinner and only drinking about 50 to 100 mls from the bottle/sippy cup.
How much should a one year old be eating/drinking? My BW books are in storage at the moment (we're moving) so I haven't been able to refer to the solid food section to find out. So any help would be great!
Thanks very muchly!
P.S. Noah is a BW baby on an EASY schedule for eating and with just the one, three hour sleep during the day. He sleeps through from 8pm until 7am.
