The last time the site crashed there was a msg from Andy which went to everyone and this blocked a lot of people getting to their pms. Me included. I just persevered with no other browsers upen until I managed to get in and delete it. I know other people opened it in various ways and then deleted. Have a look in the glitches forum and you should get a few ideas. Sorry cant be more helpful.
