Spits Eveything Out!!!

My 10.5 month old LO is on finger foods and feeds herself. For the last week or so she has been feeding herself happily, putting food in but then she spits each bit out. I look into her bib and i dont think she has eaten anything at all. has anyone else ever experienced this?

Hi there.
My 11 mo old has start started doing this exact thing. She'll galdly put anything in her mouth, seems quite content chewing on it for a few mins and then spits it out. Half the time I don't know she's doing this as she takes what she spits out and shoves it down into her highchair. Needless to say it's not pretty when she comes out! I'm sure, like everything else, this is just a phase. Hopefully a few bites are going down!

DS just came through this stage.  I started only putting 2-3 pieces of food on his tray at a time, and he seemed to focus on eating a little better.  Now we're back to normal (for now...)
