introducing fruits
« on: July 16, 2008, 12:03:36 pm »
we have just finished introducing our 7mth old DS to all the veggies. Here is the routine so far incorporating solids.
730AM - 180ml
830AM-  rice, oat or wheat cereal 2-3 tbs.
1130 AM- 180ml
12/1230- 2 tbs veggie
400- 180ml
600- rice, oat or wheat cereal 2-3 tbs
800- 180ml
830- sleep

I would like to know where to put the fruits in first and how to continue with the veggies so that some sort of meals are formed.

Thanks!

you could add pureed fruit to his breakfast cereal. Maybe give him some soft fruit to hold like after lunch like raspberries, banana.
