Hi there,
I'm on day three of PU/PD, to break BF to sleep cycle.....it's working!!! How do I know whether my munchkin will suit two 1 1/2 naps or one big three hr nap?
Please help soon...

usually Los don't go to 1 nap until 12-18 mo, so i would aim for the 2 nap scenario.

We didn't drop to one nap until my lo was almost 2 years old.  Until then he really needed a morning and afternoon nap.   :)
