woke up happy. but only managed 2 hrs for the next A time....then slept 1 hr 40 min. I guess sometimes she's just tireder than others. I'll just have to watch her closely. When do they start moving to 3 hrs 15-30 min?

My DD is 10.5 months, and we just moved to 3.5 hrs A time... it really depends on the babe. You may find that one of the A times in the day is longer than the rest. My DD can do longer mid-day than in the morning or before bed, my first DD could do longer first thing. Sounds like you're doing a great job of following her cues!
