i was just curious...how long do your lo's nap in the afternoons?  my lo is 13 months old and has been on one nap a day for about 2 months now.  his nap is usually about 1 hour and 45 minutes...that seems short to me.  i was just curious what everyone else's lo's sleep in the afternoon.

That length of nap is fine does he wake happy from it? How long is he sleeping at night?
At this age my DD1 was doing 2-3hrs on average 2hrs 15mins

my lo does 2hrs on a good day, even at that age.  she was better with longer night sleep and 1.5hr day sleep.  gradually it built to 2hrs. could be a timing thing too... what is the wake up in the morning,nap and bedtimes?

here is our sleep schedule currently:

wakeup 7am (give or take 15 minutes)
naps 1:30-3:15ish
bedtime 8pm, usually falls asleep by 8:15 at the latest

sleeps about 11 hours at night w/o any night wakings.
