A times for prem babies - based on actual or corrected age?

I think I asked before but I am such a doofus I fogot.

A time for my 12 week old - based on actual age of 12 weeks or on corrected (ie if she was born when she was meant to be) age of 6 weeks.

Developmentally she is like a 12 week old baby but size wise and feeding wise like a 6 week old - she finds it hard to go more than 3 hrs.

A times currently we have about 1-1hr 20 depednding.
I don't know what to aim for - naps all dodgy anyway - yesterday a perfect 2 hr nap, then a dodgy (nneded to be settled x3) 1.5 hr one and then one in the sling.

She does have reflux so I can't tell often unless clearly OT.

So what should I aim for. ?

I went on corrected age for everything.
That A time seems a bit long to me, mine could barely manage 30mins, but they were a bit earlier than yours.

Are you clock-watching? I would go less by the clock and more by her cues.

Probably am clock watching - I include feed in the activity time - eating takes about half an hour minimum so all in all thats get up, nappy change (has to be done before otherwise she's sick), feed, burp, play with mummy, wind down and off to sleep- that takes 1hr minimum

Are you starting A time from the time she wakes? That's when it should start. Does that change things?
I would treat her as 6 weeks old for now. You may have to limit her A time a bit.

Yup - A time starts from when she wakes - I think you are right - she is probably OT as A-times too long. It's tough as I forget she was prem sometimes as she is holding things, wanting to stand up, rolling etc - not what a 6 week old does.
So total A-time should be under 1 hour I guess? If so I then have a feed spacing issue - as she will nap for max of 1.5 hours - so then you have 2,5 hours in total and she's not hungry until at least 3 hours so I get confused what I need to do if she won't feed when she's woken up?

Are you bottle feeding now?

You may find her sleep increases once she is not so tired.

At 5 months mine could only manage a 3 hour routine. They slept for 1.5hrs and were up for 1.5hrs.
