Where can I find an electronic copy of the EASY log?

In Tracey's The Baby Whisperer Solves All Your Problems we are told that the EASY log is available to download from her website.  I'm being lazy as I could just type it out but I thought I would ask in case there are other useful charts to download as well - does anyone know where the electronic EASY log is located?

Thanks for the easy log, I was looking on the net and couldn't find it.
I am starting the plan today with my son Cian who is four weeks old.

I created a file while reading Secrets of the Baby Whisperer.  Attached are an EASY log and a Feeding Log.  The logs are set up to be printed double-sided with one section per day (four days per page).

Check them out and let me know what you think!
