2 naps in each "cycle"
« on: September 30, 2008, 08:56:35 am »
Hi,
I hope you can advice me on this issue.
My 10 weeks old baby has a very strange routine ???:
Every 3.5 hours she eats (breastfeeds), plays for about 45 minutes or so, then sleeps for 30-60 minutes.
then plays again and half an hour before the next feeding ahe sleeps for another 20 minutes.
At night she sleeps very well. Also she has a very good mood (smiling, playing happily and so on).
The thing is that I have read in the books that it is important to have a routine ot EAT-ACTIVITY-SLEEP and with her the sleeping is in 2 parts. Is it OK?
Hope you have some advice for me. Thank you, Elite78.

A lot of people's routines look either like this EASAE or this EASASE. As long as she's happy and sleeping well I wouldn't worry about it.
