Getting my six week old to take th dream feed

i've tried two nights in a row to get my son to take the dream feed. i get him out of his crib and put him to the breast. stroke his lip his cheek etc. but he is out! no luck getting him to even open his mouth. any tips???

I tried too! Absolutely no interest and wouldn't even stir!  How did you end up going?

I tried to DF both my boys with no success.  Some kids just don't seem to get the idea or take to it.
