Oops, Zoey and I (Hi Zoey!
) were posting at the same time. Looks like we had some similar advice.
A fellow BWer once told me not to put my LO down for a nap more than 5.75 hrs after he wakes. It just causes problems. Could you try that? I wonder if yours is OT. It happened with my 2 year old. He started having NW's and EW's. He was waking 6:30ish, and I was putting him down at 1. After a month or so, it started to get bad - NW's, EW's, and cranky. So I went to putting him down no more than 6 hrs after wake-up, and things have been better. So try the 5.75 hr rule, and put her down for her nap 11:45/12. It will probably help with bedtime too. I'd also try to keep bedtime at exactly the same time if possible. I also read that up until I think 10 years old, kids should be ASLEEP no later than 8 pm. I know you have no control over that right now, but maybe if she takes her nap earlier, it will help.
Our routine is this:
Wake: 6:15ish
Nap: 12:15ish (2-3 hrs) - I should probably be putting him down at 12. I've just been trying to make the adjustment.
In bed: 7:45
Hope that helps. If you think of it, let me know if you try it, and how things are going.
