Hi folks

So we've had a couple of days with screwy naps and this morning DS2 woke up at 4.30am - not to return to sleep! He's had a nap from 7.45 - 9 already - now what do I do. I'd rather not put him to bed before 6 or 6.30 this eve - how do I get there? He's 9.5 months and usually does 3.25 or 3.5 A time in between naps. And he usually has 2 good naps of 1.5 to 2 hrs long. He's teething I think and OT too prob but not sure what to do today.

Any advice gratefully received.

I think I would go for two naps plus a catnap so he doesn't get too OT. If he won't take the catnap in his cot, (as they seem to be able to count their naps) maybe you could go for a drive later so he gets a little sleep befoer bed???

That's what I figured - he's had a good nap from 11.30 to 1.20 so he prob won't be ready for catnap til 4.30ish. Might take him out for a walk as traffic horrendous at this time. I have to say I don't hold out much hope for the catnap. Might be super early to bed instead.

Thanks so much for replying Kat.
