Jokes for 2.5yr old Please
« on: November 28, 2008, 16:56:21 pm »
Our 2.5yr old DS asked last night for us to tell him some jokes - where he got the idea of telling jokes we have no idea, but he loves them! Problem is, we know VERY few appropriate jokes for a 2.5yr old!!!!!!

Has anyone got any good jokes, especially 'knock knock'????? Pretty please??? ;-)

TIA

Interrupting Sheep

Interr-

My favourite is this one:

Say knock knock (to the kid)

Kid says: Knock Knock

Mum asks: Who is there?

Kid is surprised cause he wasn't supposed to do the joke. Gets me every time  ;D

Nathan finds it hilarious when we inverse animal sounds or what they produce. In fact he was the one who came up with this concept.

ex: cows give us eggs and chickens give us milk or
dogs say meow and cats say woof

and then we say that can't be! it's a joke!

Most jokes I've heard 2YO's make up, especially boys, go like this:
Q: [insert almost anything here, like, "Why did the chicken cross he road?]
A: Because he was a poopy-head!!!

OK, here's one that still gets some mileage with my girls:

Q: What's green and goes 90 mph (or kph) backwards?
A: Sniff backwards loudly! ;D ;D ;D ;D

I also get applause for belching words..... ::)
