Too much formula!

Hi, Isaac is just 1 year old and he is taking 30 oz of formula a day. Today appointment dr told me he is supposed to have just 24 oz. How should I do it? He never says the "how to".

Another concern I have is about sleep bottle. When and how should I take it away?

Here is our feeding routine... what do you think about it?

7      6 oz for
745                   2 oz solids (fruit, cereal, yogurth, egg)
10     5 oz for
1230  5 oz for  & 3 oz solids (meat, pasta, veggs)
330    5 oz for
530    5 oz for  & 2 oz solids  (fruit, cereal, yogurth)
720    5 oz for

Yikes it seems like a lot. The 24 oz should include what you put in food and it seems like your solid intake is a bit low.
I would keep the am bottle. Try cereal with milk for brekkie, weetabix, porridge or ready brek. Cut out the 10 am bottle and give a snack, fruit and cracker would be good here. For lunch I would give solids first and milk after. After nap I would again give a snack and a cup of milk. I would just give dinner with some water or watered down juic and then give a bottle before bed. Of course you cant do this all in one day but I would work on it slowly but surely, you are on 6 bottle feeds a day.
Re the night time bottle that is usually the last one to go. Ds has been on one bottle only since he was about 10 months and has it before bed, about half an hour before and drinks 8 oz. The rest of his milk he gets in his cup with or after meals and on cereal. But he nowhere near gets 240 oz.

Regarding the sleep bottle, he takes it just before getting bed. Actually somethimes - when he is tired- at the moment he finishes the bottle he is almost sleeping. So, should I give him this bottle and maybe brush his teeth before going to bed?
