Anyone with allergy babies near me?

I was just looking for some sort of eczema/allergy support group in the Cheshire area, but have hit a blank. On the (very slim I know!) off-chance, I don't suppose any of you girls are in the Cheshire area..?

This board is a great source of support, but I just wondered if there might be something going on out there that I didn't know about.  ???

Where in Cheshire do you live? I have quite a lot of relatives that live in Cheshire.

They live in Cheadle. I am not sure how far away that is. I would definately be willing to meet somewhere though or maybe drop in. Its really depends what you would prefer.

Is that the Cheadle near Manchester? If so, it's about 45 minutes away. I was hoping you'd say, "Yes, they're in Crewe!"

It is cheadle near manchester unfortunately. I guess we could try and mest halfway at some point. I don't know how easy that would be for you though.

It's a possible if I could get dh to drive us. I've only just started driving again, so wouldn't be up for the drive (Not been on a motorway yet...)

Will have to look into it as some point in the future. I was trying to find a group near you but I drew a blank unfortunately. If it helps I could noot find any near where I live either. I really think there is a shortage of groups as it would be of help to many parents I am sure. It would certainly of me when James was younger,, it still would actually.

Yes, it would be useful. I noticed that there are groups in the bigger cities, like Oxford and Birmingham, but nothing nearer here.

Still - this board is a great source of support too.

Hiya
I've just started popping back onto BW, I was really missing the info from the food allergies board esp as DS gets more and more solids into him and seems to be having some reactions.  Sigh.

I'm just north of Warrington but that's still a bit far I suppose!
