Hmmm
I stopped the 2 naps a day and now he has 1 nap after lunch. This helped slightly. if he drops off in the morning, he has a worse night.
I won't get him out of bed until 6.30 and won't feed him till 7am.
I really have tried everything at least 3x to no avail! - Wake 2 Sleep, black outs, keeping room temp constant, later bedtimes, earlier bedtimes, 2 nap a day, 3 naps a day, varios amounts of day sleep from 45 mins to 3 hours, sleeping in gro-bag, on a pillow, lavendar essence to calm him, reduced amount of milk at bedtime (waking cos too wet?), more milk at bedtime (waking cos too hungry), reintroduced a night feed, took it away again, special night time milk, and more i've forgotten now!
