Wondering if it is time for 3.5 hour EASY
« on: March 25, 2009, 02:08:11 am »
Over the last week or so my 3 month old (15 weeks today) has started refussing at least one feeding or eating only a couple of oz. at that feeding.  He normally eats anywhere from 5-6 oz at his feedings. I am wondering if this is a sign it is time to move on up to 3.5 hours.  I would list my EASY, but we have started daycare and at this point I would say that we don't have much control over the A and S times, but they have held to feeding every 3 hours.  Any suggestions if starting to refussing a feed is a sign to move up the feedings time would be appreciated.

Your lo could be ready for a 3.5 hour EASY, definitely worth a try and see how your lo gets on.

Also what size teat is your lo using?  Could he be bored with the flow and ready for the next size up teat?

Our dd is 15weeks old and i went to 3.5hrs easy last week... she did great and today i moved her to 4 hour as she's approaching 4mths.  She's been fine.. we can do 1.5hrs of activity time so trying to push it towards 2hrs.
