Can't access my PM

I read the thread about the work around to accessing my inbox, but I just can't bear to delete the message in there.  I even did a search and found the PM I want to access, yet when I click on it...nothing.  It won't open it.  Shows that the page is done loading, but it's blank.  I don't know how to access the webmaster.  I was going to send a message (not that I could read the response) to Theo (which is listed as the current webmaster), yet he hasn't logged in since Feb.  Is there any way to contact a webmaster and retrieve my PM?

That was the thread I was referencing...I don't want to purge my messages, because it will delete the one I have in there.  I have not been able to read that message and it's a pretty important one.  So I'm really curious how to contact the webmaster.

that's about all any of the admins can do. 

the only other possible alternative would be to try & access the site using Internet Explorer as your browser instead of safari or firefox...; several members were able to delete that PM in IE & then everything worked okay again.

I do use Internet Explorer, but have not tried to delete that message because I really want to read it.  Is there a webmaster (not moderator or administrator)?

the current webmaster (Theo) is one of the administrators.  the PM that is causing all the trouble is actually from the first webmaster, Andy.  are you able to send PMs?  You could PM Theo directly.  Otherwise, you can click on the "Report to Moderator" link in your post and send a message that way.

I can send PM's.  I was going to PM Theo, but his profile shows that he hasn't been active since mid-Feb.  Which made me wonder if he was the current webmaster.

Problem fixed!  I did the purge file thing since I was at a loss for thinking I could recover my PM.  So I purged.  I didn't know it would only delete the old messages and not the new one (the one I so desperately wanted to read).  Thank you very much!
