Any ideas for dinner?
« on: May 29, 2009, 11:13:32 am »
Hi everybody!

I am new to the EAT board. Actually we are experiencing sleep problems....but I'd like to share some thoughts and ask for some advices.  ;D

DS is now 20 months and is staying at DC during the day, where he eats a lot and very good things. He has lunch at 11.30 and his last snack at 3.30 pm.
At night, due to our sleep troubles, we are trying early bedtime, let's say around 6.30-7.00.
And I live in Italy where summer is arriving, together with hot weather....and dinner at 5.30-6 pm is, to say the least, improbable...
Moreover, he is teething (canine teeth and molars) and wants to eat mostly yoghurt, milk and sometimes some snacks or some pizza.

Any suggestions?
Just looking for some ideas...also to avoid eating the same things every day!!  ::)
