Hi folks.

When my DS was newborn he was very very colicky. As I was bf, I eliminated dairy from my diet - no difference. I eliminitated wheat/gluten and overnight he was a different baby. Both he and me are still off wheat - I'm no longer bf but am pretty sure I'm allergic/intolerant. I haven't really tried him with wheat but I'm now wondering if I should.

Is there a particular way I should try? I was talking to a friend who has allergies and she was talking about a gradual reintroduction diet. Usually I'd go the route of an allergist/nutritionist, but I'm in Ireland and this kind of thing is all done privately and costs a fortune.

Any tips?

TIA
