Almost STTN one waking an hour earlier each night
« on: July 09, 2009, 14:26:19 pm »
A few nights ago, my 5.5 month old FINALLY slept almost all night. He went to bed at 7:30, woke at 3:30 (nursed) and then slept until 7am the next morning. The next night he did the same thing only he woke at 2:40am to eat. Then last night he woke at 1:40. However, he still slept til about 6:30/7. My question is, why would this be happening and does it matter? As long as I am only waking up once (or none) I don't mind, just curious. Thanks!

Here is our schedule for the most part:

7am - nurse - cereal/fruit
8:30/9am: nap
11am: nurse
1pm: nap
3pm: nurse/cereal
5pm:formula bottle
7pm: formula bottle
7:30: bed
1 MOTN feeding

Thanks, yeah I am fine with the 1 nightwaking...I just wondered if anyone had experience with it becoming earlier and earlier each night by an hour each night, almost to the minute! Just seemed interesting :-) We are all getting more rest and I am happy about that!
