Bad quality nap

Im Not sure what the cause of my 10week old bad map is. She slept on and off for about 45 mins. She kept waking up and a few times went back off with the dummy but eventually woke up. she is still yawning though. What may be wrong?

Hi Sophie :)

How is she during her A? Is she acting sick? Pulling at her ear? Could she be hungry? Could she have gas? I find when ds is really unsettled like that it's usually because he's uncomfortable due to gas or teething (teething unlikely in your 10wk old though :)) You could try some gripe water or infacol drops for gas, try feeding her if you suspect hunger... Is this a regular occurance? Does she have reflux?

Sorry I'm not more help!

Could you post your routine perhaps it needs tweaking?
Also it could be the dummy is becoming a prop?

Im sure the dummy is a prop but i dont know if i have the strength to deal with it just now, suffering with PND so find it hard to deal with lots of crying which i know this will involve.

E- 7.00am
A- 8.00am
S- she is only sleeping for 45mins at the moment another problem i neeed to tackle.

This is how the day goes i get a longer sleep out of her if im out walking with her. She generally does 1hr A time at the moment.
