What is the book (or maybe there are a few) that I have seen recommended on other threads.  I cannot remember which thread I was on when I saw it.  I know Martina had some great suggestions :)

Thanks so much.  With further searching, I found this: http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=70140.msg545579#msg545579  Wish I had seen that sooner :)
