I was wondering if anybody can help, I have a little girl called Rose who is 4 week old now and her feeding is all over the place. I breastfed her for the first three weeks and then I have been formula feeding since. She goes all over the place though sometimes feeding in two hours and then going maybe 6 hours? I try and wake her up but she is having none of it. She also's takes one oz one minute and then the full four oz's in the next fed.
Sometimes esp of a night I fed her and she sucks for like 40 minutes only for me to take the bottle out of her month and she has had no milk at all? I try and give her the dummy and she spits that out. I am not really sure what to do for the best or if this is normal for a 4 week old. She also has had colic and still has so this is why I think she is a fussy eater. I would love her to get use to taking her full fed instead of snacking on the milk and they falling asleep only to wake up 5 minutes later.
