My 4-month old usually gets sleepy around 10 AM but it is always a struggle to get her down. She screams bloody murder regardless if I put her down, rock her, or now even walk her. I know that she is so tired and she is such a happy baby again after she takes her nap. This just started and it seems to occur every time she is tired. It is hard to take her in public around naptime because she just will not go down easily anymore. I use to be able to have her sleep anywhere. I feed her a bottle before bedtime so I am wondering if may be she needs a bottle at naptime too because of the association. I tired letting her cry it out but she just gets too worked up. Any suggestions???
