question about httj/rousing baby
« on: November 30, 2009, 15:17:45 pm »
so its 20mins light sleep then 20mins deep sleep, so i would go in every 20 mins to do this? httj has been a fight in a half and i think im gonna try rousing her (brushing her cheek to bring her partially awakenedish) so would i do this every 15 mins?
she had been waking up after 45mins. i know that mean something but i forget anyone know? btw shes 2 months old.

hi! a 45min nap for a 2 month old is very common, for rousing i used to go in at 25mins and then i would go back in at 39mins to start httj and hold for up to 20minis, then leave, this very often would give me a 1.5-2 hour nap!
but it all depends on your LO, it can be different for each baby but here is the general method: http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=64168.0
