10 month old still waking up at night
« on: March 21, 2010, 11:48:43 am »
Hi to everyone!

I'm writing from Spain. My dear 10 month old little girl is still waking up once or twice every night. I'm still BF her, but planned to quit BF in one month, because I work in a Hospital and will start working at nights.

She usually wakes up at 3 - 4 a.m. I BF her, and then leave her in her crib awake, and normally she gets asleep on her own. The problem is that sometimes after 5 - 10 minutes she starts crying again, and doesn't calm until I hold her in my arms.

This last week she has waken several nights crying very loudly, and didn't calm even if I tryed everything to calm her. I supposed she felt pain due to teething. Sometimes she only calmed with BF.

My question is: how can I quit her from BF? How can I do to teach her not to wake up every night?

Thanks!
