I'm getting over thrush. How do I know when it's OK to start storing my milk again?

everything recommends that you continue medication and treatment of thrush for 1-2 weeks after all symptoms have disappeared, so i would assume giving expressed milk would continue at that time.  that said, here's a link about pumping and giving expressed milk during thrush.  it basically says that theoretically milk pumped during a yeast infection could reinfect baby/mom but that the antimicrobial properties of milk could also negate any effects of yeast in the milk.  i guess it's up to you what you feel comfortable doing.

I have read and been told by the peadiatrician that there is negligable risk of infection from pumped milk so it is ok to use it throughout. I did without reinfection.

From what I read it is important to clean the pump parts to avoid getting it again. My guess is if it is gone and you sterilize the parts you should be good to go.
