Hi there! How old is your LO? That helps determine which methods we use.
For younger babies Tracy recommend shh/pat:

These tools coupled with the EASY (eat, activity, sleep, you time) routine are the fundamentals of BWing.

i also recommend getting a copy of Baby Whisperer Solves All Your Problems....it explains a lot of the methods in more detail then the first book and was a real life saver for me x
