Can't log on

I just got an message from Claudia (Ryan&HollysMom), she logged off and can't seem to get back in, she keeps getting an error message saying invalid character keyed in her user name, but that is her user name. Any idea how she can get in without changing her username?

when she types in her user name, it's really Ryanamp;HollysMom
